How do I choose the right product?

Each product has a description on its page that contains important information about the product, the ingredients it contains, recommendations for use and other useful information.

How do I check if a product is available?

If the desired product appears to be in stock, it means that the product is available and can be ordered. The approximate delivery time is specified on each product page.

How often do you update the stocks?

The availability of products in the store is updated in real time. When the stocks of certain products are exhausted, we take care of replenishing the stocks, if this is possible.

How can I place an order?

After visiting a product's page, you will be able to add it to your cart. After choosing the products you want to order, you can visit your basket, and then you can go to the Checkout page to complete your order. If you encounter difficulties, do not hesitate to contact us by phone and we will assist you and place the order for you.

Can I order products out of stock?

If the products exist in the store, they can be ordered without exception. If a product is not currently in stock, the delivery period may take depending on its availability. In any case, for exceptional cases of delivery time, we will contact you after placing the order to send you the delivery time.

How can I pay for an order?

You can choose between several payment methods, such as cash on delivery, bank transfer or secure online payment with your card. If you want, you can also pay with shopping cards. Follow the steps in Checkout and it will be very easy for you to choose your preferred payment method.

How long can you deliver an order?

For products in stock, all orders received before 2:00 p.m. are prepared and delivered to the courier on the same day. The delivery time of the courier depends on the destination address and can vary between 24 and 72 hours. 90% of orders arrive at the address in the order the next day.

How can I return the ordered products?

If after delivery you realize that the product is damaged or defective, you can contact us by phone or e-mail to request its return to us. Or, if you simply changed your mind, don't forget that you have the legal right to return the product to us for 14 days, although we are convinced that this will not be the case. You can contact us by phone during working hours if you want more details.

Can you deliver as a gift?

Yes! You can choose a different delivery address than the billing address in the steps to complete your order, and in the order notes you can specify all the necessary details for us to make sure that we prepare the gift as you wish.
